CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Position Code: CSM-A

Plans, organizes and controls passenger handling operations on a shift basis with the objective of ensuring PAL’s standard of service

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least 5-8 years’ work experience in frontline customer service in the hospitality industry (hotel and airline)
  • Preferably with knowledge in passenger, baggage, and ramp handling
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
