This course will give you an overview of the job functions of Airline Frontliners: reservations agents, ticketing agents, airport passenger agents.

Course fee is inclusive of 12% VAT, hand-outs, use of individual computers, use of Official Airline Book and Travel Information Manual, snacks and Certificate of Attendance.  Rates are for local residents only.
