At the end of the 10-day program, the participants will have learned the basic knowledge on fare construction rules for normal fares and PAL special fares.

Course fee is inclusive of 12% VAT, hand-outs, use of four current IATA Airline Books (General Rule, Worldwide Fares, Worldwide Fare Rules, Maximum Permitted Mileage), snacks and Certificate of Completion.  Rates are for local residents only.

Certificates will only be awarded to participants who successfully passed the exams.  No retakes are allowed.
