What does it take to be a Flight Attendant?  Let this workshop give you the right answers and help you appreciate better the work of a Flight Attendant.  The workshop offers practical exercises on customer service, inflight service, survival swimming, emergency procedures, and first aid.  The course starts with Introduction to Cabin Crew Profession and sessions on Personality Development and Speak Well. Inflight service and safety follows. It ends with a session on Writing a  Power Resume and Handling an Airline Job Interview.

Course Fee is inclusive of 12%VAT, hand-outs, use of training facilities and equipment (speech laboratory, cabin simulators, and lifevest), Century Park Hotel swimming pool, snacks and Certificate of Attendance.  Rates are for local residents only.
