Celebration of the founding of Laoag City with series of activities such as Balikbayan night, and agro-industrial fair. This is being held every 10 February.
Panagbenga Flower Festival - Baguio City, Benguet
It is an annual tribute to the flowers. Baguio folks take a break on these days to revel in the cool climate and the unique culture of their city. Multi-hued costumes are worn, mimicking the various blooms of the highland region. There are also the half-dozen or so flower beds - disguised, of course, as the Panagbenga parade floats. Held every weekend after Valentine's day.
Philippine Balloon Fiesta - Clark Field, Pampanga
The international festival brings to the Philippines Hot Air Balloons enthusiasts from various countries. Disembarking "en masse" in Clark Field, the huge, colorful balloons are flown over Angeles City and its environs.
