How can I check for fares?
You can check for fares through our Online Booking.  You can also download the list of domestic fares.  From our homepage, click "FARES & PROMOS" and go to "Domestic Discounts".  From the Domestic discounts page, click "Downloadable for your use" located at the right hand portion of your screen". You can also inquire from our PAL sales offices or travel agent.

What is the difference between "Unrestricted" and "Restricted" tickets?
Unrestricted carries a higher fare, but allows greater travel flexibility. Restricted carries a lower fare, but subject to seat availability and has more travel restrictions and limited travel validity period. Also, restricted fares are on limited seats only. 

I have seen a lower fare posted on your website.  However, another fare was quoted online.  Why am I unable to get the special web fare online?
The special fare the system quotes is dependent on availability of seats at the time you made the booking.  Seats for special web fares are limited.  If the seat for the special webfares are sold out, the system will automatically quote the next available fare.

Does the price for Buy One Take One listed on the website include all taxes? If not, what would the total cost be for Mabuhay Class?
No. Fares are exclusive of taxes and surcharges. Please get in touch with our sales office or travel agent to provide for the total fare to be paid. Buy One Take One promo is not available through our online booking facility.

I want to avail of your tour packages.  How can I get an  estimate of the total cost of a tour package?
Details and rates of our holiday tour packages can be viewed through our website, www.philippineairlines.com.  Click Tour Packages and look for your preferred destination.  You can then download the price list for your preferred tour package and find out the package price for the kind of tour you'd prefer.  Package prices exclude airport/security/government taxes and fees, fuel surcharges, travel insurance and items of a personal nature, e.g., tips and porterage fees.
