What is the advantage in buying Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
“Domestic UnliFlights Pass” promo allows unlimited travel to 19 domestic points in the Philippines. Domestic UnliFlights Pass offers best value for multiple business and leisure travel.  
 
What is the difference of this offer from the previous fly-all-you-can?
The new Domestic UnliFlights Pass is more flexible! You can now redeem tickets on staggered basis within the eight-week travel period as compared to the previous 'all in one go' ticketing.

Where can I fly with Domestic UnliFlights Pass?

You may fly unlimited one-ways or round-trips between Manila and Bacolod, Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Kalibo, Laoag, Legazpi, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, General Santos, and Zamboanga.

Can I fly to the same city multiple times?
Yes. You may fly to the same city multiple times within eight (8) weeks.
 
Can I originate from a domestic point other than Manila?

Yes. It can be flight from Manila or to Manila.
 
Can I travel on Airphil Express operated flights?
No. The Pass may only be converted to take PAL-operated flights.  
 
When can I travel using my Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
Travel period is August 8 to December 10, 2012. The PASS is not available for travel  on 17–21 August 2012; 24-27 August 2012; 26 October – 05 November 2012; and 30 November-02 December 2012. All trips must be completed within eight weeks from the first travel date or on 10 December 2012, whichever comes first.
 
Where and when is Domestic UnliFlights Pass available for sale?
Domestic UnliFlights Pass is available for sale through DTP travel agencies, PAL ticket offices and contact center in the Philippines until August 14, 2012. You may also buy the Pass through www.philippineairlines.com.  
 
Is Domestic UnliFlights Pass all I need to make my trips?
Domestic UnliFlights Pass is not valid for passage. After purchasing Domestic UnliFlights Pass, you must exchange it for flight tickets that you will use for your trip.  (See 'Exchanging Domestic UnliFlights Pass for Flight Tickets' below for more details.)  
 
How much is Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
Fiesta Class (Economy) is PHP7,100 while Mabuhay Class (Business) is PHP27,100. Each pass is good for one person. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of Surcharges, Domestic Passenger Service Charge (DPSC), Aviation Security Fee (ASF), Ticketing Service Charge (TSC), and VAT. 

Can I transfer my Domestic UnliFlights Pass to other person?
No. Domestic UnliFlights Pass is non-transferable. Name change is not permitted.

How do I buy my Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
You may visit any of PAL ticket offices or accredited travel agencies in the Philippines. Domestic UnliFlights Pass is also available through PAL Contact Center (02)855-8888 or online at www.philippineairlines.com

What if a passenger wants to travel more than 8 weeks?
Passenger can purchase more than one (1) pass in order to travel more than 8 weeks, however travel must be completed by 10 December 2012.

What forms of payment are accepted?
PAL ticket offices accept cash, invoice and credit card payments.
Travel agencies accept cash; credit card facility may or may not be available.
Contact center and online can only process Visa and MasterCard cards issued in the Philippines.  The PAL website can process VISA, MasterCard or JCB and selected internet enabled BancNet ATM cards.
 
What is included in the Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
The PHP7,100 (Fiesta Class) and PHP27,100 only cover air travel. Customers will have to pay the applicable surcharges, Aviation Security Fee, Ticketing Service Charge, Domestic Passenger Service Charge from Manila (DPSC or NAIA terminal fee) and VAT for every ticket redeemed. 

What are the applicable surcharges when converting Domestic UnliFlights Pass to tickets?

Surcharges:
   PHP330 one-way between Manila and Luzon
   PHP350 one-way between Manila and Visayas
   PHP450 one-way between Manila and Mindanao

Domestic Passenger Service Charge 
   PHP200 Terminal Fee for flights originating Manila (inclusive of VAT)

Aviation Security Fee:
   PHP15 for departures TO Manila

Ticketing Service Charge:
   PHP100 per ticket

VAT:
   12% of the applicable amount

Can I buy Domestic UnliFlights Pass for someone else?
Yes. Please note that flight tickets can be exchanged only under his/her name.

EXCHANGING DOMESTIC UNLIFLIGHTS PASS FOR FLIGHT TICKETS 
 
Where can I exchange my Domestic UnliFlights Pass for flight tickets?
You may exchange your Domestic UnliFlights Pass with flight tickets at any PAL ticket office in the Philippines or by calling (02)855-8888 in Manila.  
 
When should I exchange my Domestic UnliFlights Pass for flight tickets?
You must exchange for flight ticket/s anytime from 01 August – 10 December 2012. DUP may be exchanged to ticket/s until eight (8) weeks from first travel date of the first ticket issued.
 
Can I exchange the Domestic UnliFlights Pass for flight tickets on the same day of Domestic UnliFlights Pass purchase?
Yes. If you have the itinerary, you may exchange it on the same day of Domestic UnliFlights Pass purchase. You may come back to the ticket office any time within the eight-week period to redeem more tickets.
 
Can I exchange the Domestic UnliFlights Pass for flight tickets online?
Domestic UnliFlights Pass may be purchased online but Domestic UnliFlights Pass can only be exchanged for flight tickets through the PAL ticket offices or call center.   


CANCELLATION OF DOMESTIC FLIGHTS PASS AND CHANGES IN FLIGHT TICKETS 

 
Can I refund my Domestic UnliFlights Pass?
Yes. Unused Domestic UnliFlights Pass is refundable subject to 50% of the Domestic UnliFlights Pass price as refund service fee. 'Unused' means it is not exchanged for flight tickets. DUP must be presented for refund not later than 30 November 2012.

Can I refund my flight tickets?
All tickets completely unused is refundable with 50% penalty. Once ticketed and a ticket is partially flown, all other tickets may not be refunded.
  
  
Am I allowed to rebook my flights?
Yes, you are permitted to rebook your flights only within the same travel period subject to rebooking fees: - Fiesta Class: PHP800 per sector plus VAT
- Mabuhay Class: PHP400 per sector plus VAT 

Am I allowed to add or insert another destination after exchanging my Domestic UnliFlights Pass flight tickets?
Yes. You may redeem new tickets anytime within the eight-week travel period.

Can I change/reroute my flight tickets?
Yes. You may only reroute existing flight tickets subject to applicable fees but the number of tickets issue shall remain the same. Rerouting is permitted provided value is equal or higher than the original value paid; with change fee of PHP400 per sector plus VAT for Fiesta class, and PHP800 per sector plus VAT for Economy class. Example: Exchange Manila-Cebu with Manila-Davao.     

What should I do if I wish to cancel my flight?
You must cancel your booking by calling (02)855-8888 in Manila at least 24 hours before you departure to avoid no show fee. You may rebook your flight ticket at a later date within the allowed travel period specified, subject to rebooking fees. 

What are the no show fees if I did not cancel my reservation?
The following No Show fee shall apply if you present your ticket for rebooking/rerouting but you did not cancel your reservation at least 24hrs:
- Fiesta Class: PHP1,000 per sector plus VAT
- Mabuhay Class: PHP600 per sector plus VAT 

What happens if PAL cancels the flight due to weather or operational reasons?
Domestic UnliFlights Pass passengers enjoy the same benefits as the regular passengers, i.e. they will be accommodated on the next available flight.
