During departure and arrival, disabled and elderly Philippine Airlines passengers may avail of complimentary wheelchair service with escort to allow them in moving around the airport.
Medical Information Form (MEDIF) and submit this form 3 working days before your departure to any PAL ticket office. The Wheelchair Service is available at all Philippine Airlines Check-in counters. To ensure its availability, please inform your travel agent, Philippine Airlines Reservations Office or Ticket Office at the time of booking regarding the request.
Take note: Wheelchairs with spillable batteries are “dangerous goods” and are permitted on passenger aircraft only under certain conditions. In addition, certain countries may impose specific restrictions.
