
If the card owner is not part of the travelling party and is unable to present the credit/debit card used, PAL also reserves the right to require the presentation of clear photocopies of the front of the credit/debit card and the valid PHOTO ID of the card owner at the ticket collection point, upon check-in and in cases of reissuance, rebooking and/or refund. It shall be the responsibility of the credit card owner to ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the requirement.
PAL reserves the right to deny boarding to passenger(s) or refuse to reissue, revalidate, rebook or refund a ticket for failure to comply with foregoing requirements.
Without prejudice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, PAL may cancel a confirmed reservation or may remove from any flight any passenger if PAL has reason to believe that a ticket(s) has been purchased using a fraudulent credit card.
Warning
The Access Devices Act of the Philippines imposes a penalty of 6 to 12 years imprisonment to those who make fraudulent use of credit/debit cards and to those who benefit from the tickets purchased from such fraudulent transaction. Passengers are warned to ensure that the tickets they are holding were not purchased through fraudulent means. Passengers who are holding tickets purchased through fraudulent credit cards may be apprehended at the airport for violation of the Access Devices Act in relation to the Anti-Fencing Law.

Availability and Fares
Fares for online purchases can be accessed without the need to register or login. You may check the lowest fare across a seven day period or the lowest fare for your specified or exact travel date.
You can book for a flight 24 hours up to 10 months from now.

Infants turning Two (2) enroute
Infants who are already two (2) years of age at the time of the return trip are required by regulation to have a seat hence parents or guardians are hereby notified to call reservation in order to reserve a seat for the infant on the scheduled flight subject to availability of seat and the payment of additional fare.
The infant must travel with the accompanying adult to which the infant’s ticket is associated with. If the accompanying adult cannot travel with the infant, the infant may be allowed to travel with another adult qualified to accompany the infant under the law provided the reasons on why the accompanying adult cannot travel is due to medical, death or immigration problem only and supporting documents are submitted to PAL.
Traveller Information
A passenger/buyer may check for fares and flight availability across a seven day range without the need to register or log-in.
Minimum Connecting Time
Minimum connecting time depends on what carrier/terminal the passenger is arriving and the carrier/terminal where the passenger is connecting or departing. Connecting time between NAIA Terminal 2 and NAIA Terminal 3, and among PAL, and other airlines vary. Please check Minimum Connecting Time Table for more information.
Acknowledgement
For international flights, all fares are quoted in the currency of the country of departure but will be billed in USD. International tickets originating the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam will be quoted and billed in USD.

Advance Seat Selection/Reservation
Advance seat selection is provided for free and is available to customer booking Fiesta Saver and higher fares. However, the Carrier does not guarantee the availability of the pre-selected seats at check-in due to safety, security or operational requirement.
Choice Economy Seat Surcharge (CESS) shall apply when choosing Bulkhead or Exit Row seats. Fees are not refundable for voluntary changes. Seat fee may be applied to another flight provided rebooking is made at least 24 hours prior the original flight otherwise, CESS shall be forfeited.

E-ticket will be issued on ALL Philippine Airlines-operated flights and AirPhil Express code-shared flights.
Payment
Credit/Debit Cards used online for international tickets will be quoted in the currency of the country of departure but will be billed in USD. International tickets originating the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam will be quoted and billed in USD. All domestic fares are quoted and charged in PHP. Billing and payment currency shall be based on the cardholders agreement with the card issuer. Currency conversion may result in differences between the amount charged to your account and the amount billed.
Transactions made online are considered purchases in the Philippines. Certain banks may charge foreign transaction fees if the credit card used online is issued outside the Philippines. You may refer to your credit card policy statement if foreign transaction fee will apply to purchases made at www.philippineairlines.com.

E Ticket Itinerary Receipt/Booking Confirmation
You will receive your e-ticket itinerary receipt via e-mail. Please have it printed and bring it with you together with your valid photo ID or passport.

Refunds

If the fare conditions permit, you may refund the unused tickets bought online subject to possible penalties.
