New PAL ticket offices inside Petron stations


New ticket offices of Philippine Airlines (PAL) are now inside select Petron gas stations in Metro Manila – a new service innovation that aims to bring PAL closer to its customers.

 

Two new ticket offices opened last December 15 at Filinvest, Alabang and at Diego Silang, alongC-5 Road, Taguig, benefiting thousands of motorists along the busy thoroughfares.

 

After installing book-and-buy kiosks at select Petron stations, PAL will also construct more ticket offices at various Petron stations throughout the metropolis, and soon at major cities in the provinces, firming up the close collaboration of the two companies currently managed by San Miguel Group.

 

Booking a flight and buying tickets have never been easier more convenient with the new ticket offices, booking kiosks and an upgraded passenger services system installed last October 2012.
