PAL/PALEX Advisory: (August 17, 2013)
Philippine Airlines and PAL Express will continue to assist stranded Zest Air passengers today (August 17, 2013) by accommodating them on regular flights.
Meanwhile, additional flights will also be operated by the two airlines to further help affected passengers.
PAL and PALEX yesterday mounted special flights to and from Davao City following the suspension of Zest Air's Airline Operator’s Certificate (AOC) for safety reasons.
Stranded passengers who wish to take PAL flights to their destinations may proceed to the old Domestic Terminal (T4), Old Domestic Road, Pasay City, and present their plane tickets to Zest Airs's ticketing office or check-in counters in order to secure the necessary endorsements, which will allow them to take PAL/PALEX flights.
Affected passengers in provincial stations may present their tickets to Zest Air check-in counters for endorsement purposes as well.
From T4, they should proceed to their designated terminals – NAIA T2 or NAIA T3 – and present their duly-endorsed tickets to the PAL / PALEX check in counters.
