Each passenger is allowed to check-in baggage with the following size and weight requirements.
For PAL EconoLight class passengers applicable to PAL domestic flights and selected Asian destinations, free baggage allowance is 15 kilograms.
For domestic flights utilizing Bombadier Q300 and Q400 aircraft, the limit is 10 kilograms.
For Journeys between Hawaii and Philippines (Piece System)Mabuhay (Business) Class
Maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension of 124 inches (316cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms). Each piece should not exceed 32 kilograms (70 lbs).
Fiesta (Economy) Class
Maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension 107 inches (273 cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms). Each piece should not exceed 32 kilograms (70 lbs)
For Journeys between Hawaii and other Asian/Australia DestinationsMabuhay (Business) Class
Maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension of 124 inches (316cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms). Each piece should not exceed 23 kilograms (50 lbs)
Fiesta (Economy) Class
Maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension 107 inches (273 cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms). Each piece should not exceed 23 kilograms (50 lbs)
The current Free Baggage Allowance (FBA) on Piece System (PC) is 50 lbs (23 kgs) per piece for tickets sold/issued/reissued on or after 01 July 2008. Please refer to details below:

For Journeys To/From USA (except Hawaii), Canada and Guam (Piece System)An infant paying at least 10% of the adult fare is entitled to one piece of checked baggage with a weight of 7 kgs or 15 lbs and the sum of the three dimensions does not exceed 45 inches plus one fully collapsible child's stroller or pushchair.
Children paying at least 50% of the normal adult fare will be granted same free baggage allowance as an adult.
For tickets issued before 01 July 2008, the following Free Baggage Allowance shall apply:

Maximum of two (2) pieces and no piece exceeding 62 linear inches (157 cms). Each piece should not exceed 27 kilograms (60 lbs)

Maximum of two (2) pieces and no piece exceeding 62 linear inches (157 cms). Each piece should not exceed 27 kilograms (60 lbs)
For Journeys to/from the USA and Canada (Piece System)
An infant paying at least 10% of the adult fare is entitled to one piece of checked baggage with a weight of 7 kgs or 15 lbs and the sum of the three dimensions does not exceed 45 inches plus one fully collapsible child's stroller or pushchair.
Children paying at least 50% of the normal adult fare will be granted same free baggage allowance as an adult.

Handcarried Baggage
Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of carry-on luggage small enough to be placed in the overhead rack or under the passenger seat of the aircraft cabin.
The carry-on luggage must be within the following specifications :
If carry-on luggage fails to comply with the required applicable dimensions and weight, carry-on luggage will be checked in and charged with the corresponding excess baggage charges (if applicable).
In addition of the free carry-on luggage allowance, a passenger is allowed to carry the following items onboard:
a laptop with case
a small handbag
a coat
wrap or blanket
a walking stick or a pair of crutches
a small camera or a pair of binoculars
a reasonable amount of reading materials
infant's food and carrying basket
