Seeing eye dog shall be acceptable for carriage, either in the cabin or in the cargo compartment without charge, provided:

1. The owner assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions, as well as, assuming all risks of injury or death or refusal of entry, into, or passage through any country or territory,

2. A seeing eye dog, if to be accommodated in the cabin, shall be properly harnessed, muzzled and shall not occupy a seat.

3. Only dogs are allowed in the cabin.
