• Oxygen bottles are to be provided by Philippine Airlines. Passengers will not be allowed to bring their own oxygen bottles for safety reasons and in compliance with IATA regulations.
• Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the intended date of departure, to ensure availability of oxygen bottles.
• Medical Information Form (MEDIF) and submit this  form 3 working days before your departure to any PAL ticket office.

• The Oxygen fare shall be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the full normal one way fare. This includes passenger's seat in addition to the seat beside him/her where the two oxygen tanks will be installed.
• The Oxygen Tank Charge shall be USD150.
• The passenger then requiring oxygen will pay Oxygen fareand Oxygen tank charge.

• The Oxygen fare shall be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the full normal one way fare.
• This includes passenger's seat in addition to the seat beside him/her where one oxygen tank will be installed.
• The Oxygen Tank Charge shall be USD150.
• The passenger then requiring oxygen will pay the Oxygen fare and Oxygen tank charge.

Companion
For the required companion, a separate fare shall be charged, and this shall be the fare applicable to his/her journey.
