A passenger with nut allergy is required to secure a copy of the Carrier’s Notice which is available at any PAL ticket office. The Carrier’s Notice can also be downloaded for your easy reference. Just click on the link provided at the right hand side of this page.
For nut-free special meal requests, please provide prior notice by calling reservations no later than 48 hours before your intended departure date.
