Philippine Airlines adheres to the provisions of 14 CFR Part 382 pursuant to the US ACAA. A copy of which can be downloaded from the link on the right side.

An expectant mother may be accepted for travel if she is not beyond 35 weeks (8 months and 3 weeks) pregnant. She has to fill out an Expectant Mothers Information Sheet (EMIS) which is available at any PAL ticket office. The EMIS form can also be downloaded for your easy reference. Just click on the link provided at the right hand side of this page.
Clearance for air travel will be determined and indicated on the form.
Note: Expectant Mother's Information Sheet (EMIS) needs to be accomplished by expectant mother up to the sixth (6th) month of pregnancy.
Passengers with Nut Allergy
A passenger with nut allergy is required to secure a copy of the Carrier’s Notice which is available at any PAL ticket office. The Carrier’s Notice can also be downloaded for your easy reference. Just click on the link provided at the right hand side of this page.
Unaccompanied Minors
Children aged eight to below twelve years of age may be allowed to travel alone.
A service fee shall be assessed on each unaccompanied minor for travel on international routes. The unaccompanied minor service fee shall be as follows:
Infants
Infants at least 16 days old may be accepted for travel.
Bassinets are available for infants not exceeding 6 months of age and 25 inches in length and for flights with a minimum flying time of 3 hours. To ensure its availability, passengers are advised to inform their travel agent, PAL Reservations office or ticket office at the time of booking. We follow One-Infant-Per-Adult Policy.
Infants who turn two at the time of travel shall be required to occupy seats for safety reasons.
