Requirements for International Flights:
DSWD Travel Clearance. Application forms can be obtained from any DSWD field office or can be downloaded from the DSWD website (http://www.dswd.gov.ph)
A service fee shall be assessed on each unaccompanied minor 8-11 years of age for travel on PAL international and domestic routes. The fee is non-refundable.
The unaccompanied minor service fee shall be as follows:

Details about the minor's meeting party at destination and other pertinent information must be arranged by the parent or guardian with PAL Reservations office or ticket office at the time of booking.
