Philippine Airlines adheres to the provisions of 14 CFR Part 382 pursuant to the US ACAA.  A copy of which can be downloaded from the link on the right side.

The rule applies to flights that begin or end at a US airport. "Flight" means a continuous journey in the same aircraft or with one flightnumber that begins or ends at a US airport.

Passengers may also obtain a copy of Part 382 by any of the following means:
