General Guidelines

• Valid for sale at any Philippine-based PAL Ticket Office using cash or credit card as form of payment
• Travel Certificates are available in PHP 1,000  denomination, which can be exchanged for a domestic or international ticket, payment for excess baggage fees, cargo
• Travel certificate must only be presented to any Philippine based PAL Ticket Offices, Cargo Office or Airport Check-in counter in exchanged of PAL's product and services. Applicable for transactions originating from Philippines only
• Valid for six (6) months from date of purchase--extension of validity is not allowed
• Travel certificate is non-convertible to cash, non-replaceable once lost and non-refundable. The ticket, cargo or excess baggage for which the travel certificate is exchanged remains non-refundable
• Mabuhay Miles accrual on tickets issued against a Travel Certificate is dependent on the fare rule of the ticket issued
