"PAL" means Philippine Airlines, Inc.

Eligibility
Sales and ticketing of Swingaround tour packages (except Swingaround Extension  tour packages) are restricted to the country where the Swingaround Tour originates. 

Sales and ticketing of Swingaround Extension tour packages which are sold in conjunction with another Swingaround tour package or a PAL international roundtrip ticket  will be done only at the passenger's point of origin.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Please check with PAL Reservations or Ticket Office before booking.

Single -  applies to one adult occupying a room by himself/herself
1/2 Twin - applies to one person sharing a room with another person
Extra Bed - applies to a third person sharing a room with two other persons. Only one Extra Bed per room will be provided.

In the event the period of  stay in a hotel/resort covers two seasonalities (two periods with different price rates), the higher tour package price shall apply.

Prices exclude airport/security/government taxes and fees, fuel surcharges, travel insurance and items of a personal nature, e.g., tips and porterage fees.

Reservations
Reservations should be made through PAL Reservations or Ticket Office or a travel agent at least 7 working days before departure date.  Bookings made less than seven (7) working days but not later than three (3) working days before departure date, is subject to a deposit payment.

The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all the persons named in the booking.

Travel Documents
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that he/she complies with all the passport, visa and health requirements of the country/ies that he/she intends to visit or transit in.  PAL cannot be held liable for any delays, costs or illness resulting from the passenger's  failure to meet these requirements.

The Tour Voucher - Service Coupon must be surrendered to the Operator upon arrival at the destination.  The Operator may not render service in the absence of a Tour Voucher - Service Coupon.

Rebooking/Cancellation/No-Show Penalties
After ticket and tour voucher issuance, if notice of rebooking or cancellation is received 4 working days or more before departure date, a rebooking/cancellation penalty of USD50 per person or re-issuance fee as specified in the Fare Rule of the Fare Basis used on the ticket, whichever is higher, shall apply.

If notice is received less than 4 working days before departure date, the following rebooking/cancellation penalties shall apply:

3 to 2 working days before departure -  50% of total package price per person
1 working day before & up to departure date - 100% of total package price per person

Inquiry may be made with PAL Reservations or Ticket Office regarding penalties for groups of 15 passengers or more.

Rebooking of the return flight once travel has commenced is subject to Fare Rules.

Failure of the passenger to show up at the destination on the date specified in the Tour Voucher will result in the forfeiture of the Tour Package.

Refunds
Refund of a partially used Tour Voucher and ticket is not allowed.

Changes
If we have to change your bookings or part of it (for instance if an airline changes its schedules or if the hotel overbooks its hotel accommodation or for reasons beyond PAL's control), we will notify you.  If the change or changes result in your holiday costing more or otherwise being materially different from that contemplated prior to the change or changes being effected, it is hereby agreed that PAL shall only be obliged to make similar or comparable arrangements or to refund the amount paid and PAL shall not be liable for any other actual, incidental or consequential expenses, costs or damages of whatever nature in relation to such change/s.

Operator's Terms and Conditions
Passengers must comply with the terms and conditions of the hotel, resort, tour operator, land and sea transport operator, helicopter transport operator, and others engaged in carrying out the tour services (hereinafter referred to as Operator)  and shall personally negotiate and be accountable for other arrangements not covered by the tour voucher. 

Mabuhay Miles
Mabuhay Miles Members may earn Miles for flown tickets issued in connection  with tour packages subject to the terms and conditions under the Mabuhay Miles program.

Disclaimer and Liabilities Exemption
PAL, its directors, officers, employees or representatives shall not be responsible nor liable for any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, or proceedings whatsoever for any and all damage, loss, injury, death, accident or liability, actual or contingent, caused to the passenger or his/her property arising out of or attributable to circumstances while in transit not on board PAL's aircraft or to the action, inaction, misconduct or negligence of the hotel, resort, tour operator, land and sea transport operator, helicopter transport operator, and others engaged in carrying out the tour services, including but not limited to delays and alterations made in the program or changes in quoted rates.

PAL may cancel the journey or passage or refuse to carry or load any person or baggage whenever such action is necessary under the applicable government regulations or whenever such action is necessary by reason of weather conditions or other fortuitous events or other reasons beyond the control of PAL.

PAL shall not be liable under any circumstances for any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any passenger which arise from or as a result of or are in any way connected with the failure of the passenger to take the flight due to the passenger's non-compliance with airline check-in and boarding procedures and passport, visa and health requirements of the countries of destination.

Room Type
Prices are based on first category rooms unless otherwise stated.

The standard of accommodation and other services  may vary in different destinations. PAL does not guarantee the standard, class, or fitness of the accommodation or service to be provided.

Special requests such as room location, a particular view, etc. are not guaranteed and do not form part of the passenger's booking with PAL.

Terms and Conditions Governing Air Transportation
To the extent not in conflict with the foregoing, air transportation services performed by PAL are subject to:

(i) provisions contained in the ticket;
(ii) applicable tariffs;
(iii) PAL's General Conditions of Carriage and related regulations which are made part hereof and can be downloaded at www.philippineairlines.com or may be inspected upon request at the offices of PAL.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions of the Swingaround tour package shall be governed and construed in accordance with Philippine laws.  Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be properly filed in the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts.

Accuracy of Information
The information contained herein is accurate and complete as of the time of posting on www.philippineairlines.com. However, PAL reserves the right to amend or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. As such, while PAL makes all reasonable efforts to promptly update the information contained herein as soon as such amendments or revisions are made, no warranty (whether express or implied) is made as to the accuracy, timeliness, reliability or completeness of these terms and conditions. Passengers may contact PAL Reservations or visit their local PAL Ticket Office to obtain the most up-to-date version of these terms and conditions.
