Passenger must submit all their COVID-19-related information through ArriveCAN and accomplish this at least 72 hours before arrival in Canada. Overseas Filipino Workers
Qualified Filipino Workers(OFWs)/Balik Manggagawa(BM) are exempted from paying International Terminal Fee per passenger. For flight departing NAIA airports, the OFW/BM may avail of the exepmtion during booking.

Due to arrival capacity limitations in Manila, your international flight may arrive in another Philippine (PH) port of entry first particularly:
Cebu International Airport (CEB)
Davao International Airport (DVO)
Subic Bay International Airport (SFS)

This means that you will undergo arrival, testing, and quarantine protocols in your first PH port of entry, instead of in Manila.
After 10 days of quarantine stay and securing a negative RT-PCR test result and a medical quarantine certificate, you shall be transferred via plane or land transportation to Manila, as applicable.
You may also choose to end your travel in your first port of entry into the PH.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
The government of Australia requires all its international passengers to comply with the mandatory travel requirements for Australia and undergo additional security screening in Manila.
All visa holders who are fully vaccinated in accordance with Australia’s international border entry requirements will be able to arrive in Australia without needing an approved travel exemption. Subject to the requirements of the relevant state or territory of arrival, all fully vaccinated visa holders can travel to Australia without being included in international passenger caps. These provisions also apply to temporary visa holders who:
- Are under the age of 12 years and 3 months at the time of departure for international travel to Australia (whether vaccinated or not); or
- Are under the age of 18 years at the time of departure for international travel to Australia, when the child is travelling with at least one adult who meets the definition of fully vaccinated; or
- Cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons
- Vaccination is contraindicated (with acceptable evidence and subject to state and territory requirements).

Effective 15 December 2021, aside from Australian citizens, permanent residents or their immediate family members, ‘fully vaccinated’ eligible visa holders will be allowed to travel to Australia without requiring an individual travel exemption. These new arrangements are in addition to the exemptions which came effect on 1 November 2021. All travelers to Australia must comply with the quarantine requirements in the state or territory of their arrival, and any other state or territory to which they plan to travel. International passengers arriving in Australia are not automatically permitted to transit to another state or territory. Domestic travel restrictions may apply.
For travelers bound for Sydney and Melbourne, and Brisbane please ensure that you are eligible to board the flight. All passengers must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or their immediate family member.
- For Sydney and Melbourne ONLY: Includes fully vaccinated eligible visa holders.
- Fully vaccinated with a TGA approved or recognized vaccine
- Present a vaccination certificate issued by a national public health authority
- Present a Negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to departure
- Accomplished Australia Travel Declaration at least 72 hours prior to departure.
For Brisbane bound passengers, they need to both complete the Australia Travel Declaration (ATD) and the Queensland International Arrivals Registration (QIAR).
