The resumption by PAL of full operations to/from HKG comes after the Hong Kong International Airport Authority implemented tightened security measures within the airport premises. 


All passengers entering HK International Airport must present their valid ID, passport and/or boarding pass while airport staff must present their airline ID or airport permit. All passengers traveling out of Hong Kong must be at the airport three hours before flight departure time. 


We have temporarily suspended ticket sales inside the airport. Travelers who wish to purchase PR flights out of HKG may: log on to www.philippineairlines.com, call PAL Reservations Hotline (+63 2) 855 -8888 or visit the PAL Ticketing Office along Granville Road,Tsim Sha Tsui district, Kowloon.

Please be advised that we are closely monitoring reports on the novel coronavirus. Although Philippine Airlines does not operate flights to or from Wuhan, the city in China where the virus is reported to have originated, we are closely coordinating with the Philippine Department of Health and the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) along with other concerned health authorities, in taking sensible precautionary measures for the safety and protection of our passengers. This includes non-obtrusive screening at concerned airports.
