Travel Advisory

04 Dec 2019

With the exit of Typhoon Tisoy ("Kammuri") from Philippine territory, Philippine Airlines is gradually reverting to normal operations.

Our PAL international and domestic flights will operate according to regular schedules by Thursday December 5, 2019 (Manila time), with some timing adjustments on certain routes.

We have completed the task of bringing back our aircraft to their Manila base from parking shelters around the country and overseas.

We have started operating replacement flights to assist our passengers affected by flight cancellations on certain routes to and from the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, and selected points in Asia, the Middle East and the Philippines.

Once again, we express our gratitude and appreciation to all our passengers for their kind understanding and cooperation in the midst of these typhoon-related disruptions. We apologize for the resulting inconveniences, and assure you that your safety is always our highest concern.

For flight rebooking or refunding, passengers may call PAL Hotline (02) 8855 8888.

We also extend our prayers and sincere concern to all the families in various Philippine provinces who suffered losses and hardship as a result of this destructive typhoon.
