All passengers, especially those who booked through our Travel Agency partners, are required to provide updated contact information to avoid missing out on any important updates such as unwanted delays, cancellation and sudden travel rules and requirements of your destination. Here are the easy steps that you can follow:

 

1. Go to ‘Manage Booking’ 

2. Input your Booking reference and Last Name to retrieve your booking

3. Click 'Modify Travellers Details'

4. Update your mobile number, email address and click 'Continue'

 

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
Advisory
  • For public safety and in compliance with Philippine Laws (IATF resolution 88150 and RA No. 11332), all individuals travelling to USA from Philippines and vice versa will still be required to wear a mask throughout the flight and when inside the Philippine terminal.
  • Please note that for US flights, the new Transportation Security Agency (TSA) lifting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) mask mandate still recognizes other jurisdictions’ mask requirements.The CDC likewise recommends the wearing of face masks in indoor public transportation such as during flights.
  • Violation of the Philippine government’s mandate shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Ph20,000.00 but not more than Php50,000.00, and/or imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months. Foreign nationals found to be in violation shall be subject to deportation proceedings after service of sentence

 

Allowed Travelers
  • Fully vaccinated and Unvaccinated US Citizens, US Nationals, Lawful Permanent Residents, and Immigrants
  • Fully Vaccinated non-US Citizen and non-US Immigrant
  • Exempted Unvaccinated Non-US Citizen and non-US Immigrant
*Unvaccinated Non-US Citizen and non-US Immigrant are not allowed entry into the United States unless exempted.

 

General Requirements

MEDICAL DOCUMENTS

  • Passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States are no longer required to get tested and show the COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the U.S.   

  • Documentation if traveler is unable to get vaccinated due to medical reasons

Quarantine Requirements
  • Travelers are subject to a 10-day quarantine period at a Government of Guam Quarantine Facility (QFAC), except those qualified for exemption.
    • Travelers subject to quarantine must sign a Voluntary Quarantine Acknowledgement Form.
  • Quarantine is no longer required for:
    • fully vaccinated travelers
    • travelers with negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or Antigen Test Result
    • Individuals who have contracted and recovered from COVID-19 within 3 months preceding their arrival in Guam, and who show no symptoms of COVID-19 infection

Travel Restrictions

  • Uniting for Ukraine

-The U.S. Government has announced Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) to allow certain Ukrainian noncitizens without visas or other documents necessary to be admitted to the United States and who meet established U.S. Government eligibility criteria, to obtain advance authorization to travel to the United States to seek parole. For more information, please see official statement from US Customs and Borders Protection.

- The U.S. Government has announced Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) to allow certain Ukrainian noncitizens without visas or other documents necessary to be admitted to the United States and who meet established U.S. Government eligibility criteria, to obtain advance authorization to travel to the United States to seek parole.

- To be eligible to receive advance travel authorization under U4U, Ukrainians must:

    • have been resident in Ukraine as of February 11, 2022
    • have a sponsor in the United States
    • be in possession of a valid Ukrainian passport
    • complete vaccinations and other public health requirements
    • pass rigorous biographic screening and vetting security checks.

Other Requirements

  • SEA CREW:

-Valid Seaman's Visa

-Seaman's Book

-Original Copy of the Letter of Guarantee (unless their destination requires a visa)

-a Fit to Fly health certificate

-Sea Crew may be required to have a C1/D or they could be TWOV

-All persons entering Guam by air or sea shall be subject to a 14-day quarantine at a Government of Guam Quarantine Facility or approved rental lodging or personal
residence.

-Vessel Crew must adhere to the following requirements:

a. Quarantine location address,

b. A working phone number, where they may be contacted,

c. Name of Vessel,

d. Email address

 

- Qualifying Vessel Crew members must adhere to the Home Quarantine Restriction of Movement guidelines that will be provided at the point of entry.
