What is Manage Booking?
Manage Booking is your online self-service facility which enables you to view your Philippine Airlines and PALexpress bookings and make certain changes at your fingertips.

What do I need to have before I use Manage Booking?

To use Manage Booking, you need to have

  • your booking reference code 
  • the last name of any passenger from the PAL booking 
  • an electronic device with an updated internet browser
  • internet connection

How do I access Manage Booking?

Just follow these simple steps to access Manage Booking 
  • log on to www.philippineairlines.com
  • click the Manage Booking tab at the PAL homepage
  • input your booking reference and last name 
  • click PROCEED

Who can use Manage Booking?

If you booked online through the PAL website or mobile app, Manage Booking is available for use provided that your booking is
  • a one-way or round-trip journey 
  • paid using the primary currency of the origin country, e.g. PHP for domestic flights, USD for international flights from the Philippines, Japanese Yen for flights from Japan
  • for less than ten (10) passengers
  • for purely domestic one-way and round-trip travel
  • for purely international one-way and round-trip travel (with paid Philippine Travel Tax if the flight is from the Philippines)

Can I rebook my ticket through Manage Booking? 

No. Manage Booking only helps you retrieve your online bookings and update your contact information and Mabuhay Miles number.  To request for changes, contact our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or visit any PAL Ticket Office.

If the airline changed my flight arrangements, could I still use Manage Booking?

If I made my booking with a travel agent, can I use Manage Booking?

No. Manage Booking is available only for online bookings, i.e. website, payment center, PAL mobile app.

What services can Manage Booking perform?

Through the Manage Booking, you can
  • view your PAL and PALexpress bookings 
  • retrieve bookings purchased via the PAL website, Payment Center or PAL Mobile App
  • view select Travel Extras
  • select or modify regular seats
  • update your email address, contact number and frequent flyer number up to four (4) hours from your scheduled flight departure 
  • purchase PAL Travel Extras such as
 

Prepaid Baggage

at least 4 hours prior to flight departure

Choice Seats

at least 2 hours prior to flight departure; Otherwise, choice seats may be purchased through the PAL Online Check-in facility, or at the Airport Check-in counter

myPAL Roam (International flights)

at least 48 hours prior to flight departure

Meal Upgrade

at least 48 hours prior to flight departure

Pay Lounge

at least 4 hours prior to flight departure

Boutique

at least 48 hours prior to flight departure


Can I modify previously purchased PAL Travel Extras through Manage Booking?

Choice Seats - Yes. Choice Seats may be modified subject to new payment of applicable Choice Seats or Advance Seat Selection fees. Click Choice Seats for more info.
Prepaid Baggage – No. Prepaid baggage may only be purchased once per passenger flight segment. Click Prepaid Baggage for more info.
Meal Upgrade, Boutique & Pay Lounge – No. Meal Upgrade, Boutique purchases and Pay Lounge access fees are non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferrable, except during non-voluntary flight rebookings due to delays or cancellations. In such cases, you may request for changes through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office.

myPAL Roam – No, but you may extend the rental dates prior to your flight departure at the myPAL Roam Airport Booth in Manila Terminals 1 and 2. Any excess rental fees from shortened trips are non-refundable. Click myPAL Roam for more info.

Can I refund my flight using Manage Booking? 

No, but ticket refunds can be requested through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office. Applicable fees will be collected.

What are the acceptable modes of payment in Manage Booking?

You may conveniently pay through a valid credit or debit card for applicable charges incurred within the Manage Booking facility. Otherwise, you may also transact through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office.

Can I request for wheelchair assistance, stretcher, oxygen, and bassinet using Manage Booking?

How can I make changes to my booking if my ticket falls under any of the exceptions? How can I make requests that fall later than the prescribed deadline?
