Flight Disruption self-service facility

Is there a self-service facility I can use if my flight was affected by involuntary changes?

Yes, passengers may make changes to their schedule using the self-service function via Flight Disruption option in the Manage Booking tab.

What is the Flight Disruption Facility under Manage Booking?

This is a self-service facility via Manage Booking tab where passengers with disrupted flight can rebook their tickets. 

If the airline changed my flight arrangements, could I still use Manage Booking?

Yes, passengers with flights affected by cancellations or travel bans may make changes to their booking via the Flight Disruption option in the Manage Booking tab. 

Please select the Flight Disruption radio button to view 20 flight options within a 30-day date range and input your booking reference and your last name to proceed.

Once successful, you will receive an email confirmation of your new ticket reflecting your new flight details and ticket number.

Who are eligible to use the flight disruption self-service facility?

Passengers holding tickets either totally unused or partially used one-way, round trip, or with multiple cities, are eligible to use the flight disruption self-service facility. 


When can I rebook my disrupted flight?

For tickets with new confirmed flight schedule:
You may rebook using the Manage Booking – Flight Disruption facility from 2 hours up to 30 days based on your new confirmed flight only. 
Please note that if there are multiple flights per day, the date range will show a shorter period.)


If your preferred flight is beyond the visible date range or if you do not have a confirmed flight yet, you may also transact through:

  • Our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725)\
  • Any PAL Ticket Office. 

Will I receive notice once my flight is cancelled?

Yes. You will receive an email notification that the flight has been cancelled.

How else will I know if my flight was cancelled?

You may check your flight status at at www.philippineairlines.com by indicating your departure date and flight number at the flight status tab.


How soon can I be notified for flight cancellations?

We aim to advise our affected passengers through email as soon as possible; however, flight cancellations and travel ban can happen anytime. 

Please make sure to update your email address and contact number through our reservations, PAL ticket office and partner travel agency.
