Cash Payment via Payment Centers

Passengers can now easily pay for their PAL flights book through our website or the Reservation Hotline in Cash via and conveniently head on to any of our over 20,000 partner payment centers nationwide.

 

A. RESERVATIONS

1. Can I book online or through Reservations Hotline?

Yes, you can reserve your booking through www.philippineairlines.com or through PAL's Reservations Hotline: Metro Manila: (632) 855-8888  / CEBU: (032) 340-0191 / DAVAO: (082) 287- 7788. Click here for the Reservations Hotline for your domestic sector.

 

2. What are the applicable flight date?

    Booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight.

 

3. What are the applicable flights and fares?

Applicable on all domestic and international flights originating from the Philippines and quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and US Dollar (USD), respectively.


 

B. PAYMENTS

1. Where can I settle the payment of my reservation?

   You may pay your reservation in cash through our accredited partner payment centers with over 20,000 branches nationwide.


   a.) For bookings made online, the 16 digit reference code must be noted and printed out, and for bookings made through PAL’s Reservations Hotline, the 8-digit reference code from the reservations agent must be noted and presented to the accredited payment center.


    Please note that only select Payment Centers accept USD Payments.

 

2. Can I pay in Philippine Peso (PHP) for my international bookings?

Yes, If the booking is made through PAL’s Reservation Hotline and the total sum to be paid is quoted in Philippine Peso.

For bookings made through online booking, our bank partners offer foreign exchange services to settle the international booking quoted in USD.

4. Is there an extra charge for this type of service?

    Some of our partner payment centers may charge additional service fee.

 

5. Can I pay using Debit Cards, ATM Cards, Credit Cards and Check?

    No, our partner payment centers only accepts CASH.

 

6. How long do I have to pay for my booking?

    For Online Booking:

    Deadline of payment is on or before 11:45PM of the same day of booking.

    

    For Bookings through Reservations Hotline:

    Deadline of payment is on or before 10:00PM of the same day of booking for over-the-counter payments and one (1) hour after the booking for online banking.

    

    Note: Other Payment Centers may have different cut-off time depending on their operating hours but NOT after 10:00 PM or 11:45PM.



 7. What will happen to my reservation if I wasn't able to pay within the deadline?


     Your reservation will expire and is automatically cancelled. If you wish to continue your booking, you can proceed to our booking page or call the PAL Reservations Hotline, click here.


 

 8. What will I do if I was not able to take note of my 16-digit reference number from my online booking or 8-digit reference number from my Reservations Hotline booking?

     You may call our reservations hotline: Metro Manila: (632) 855-8888  / USA :1-800-435-9725

 

9. Can I send someone to pay for my reservations?

Yes. As long as the correct reference number is presented and total amount due is paid within the specified time period/deadline.

 

10. I don't have any booking yet; can I book and buy my ticket in any payment centers?

No. Payment Centers only accept the payment for the reserved booking. If you wish to book,  you may proceed to www.philippineairlines.com or call through our Reservations Hotline, click here for more details.

 

11. Can I create last minute changes in my booking?

You cannot change your booking prior to payment in our payment centers. 

 

12. Can I rebook/refund the ticket/s to any payment partners?

No. You may call our reservations hotline Metro Manila: (632) 855-8888/ USA: 1-800-435-9725 for assistance or visit our ticket offices for your rebooking and/or refund requests.

 

C. DOCUMENTATION

1. When will I receive my E-ticket after I have paid my reservation?

E-ticket / Itinerary receipt will be sent to your email within 48-hours after your payment has been posted.

 

2. I have not received the e-ticket/itinerary receipt for my transaction, when shall I receive my e-ticket/itinerary receipt?

You may call our reservations hotline for verification after 48-hours that the payment has been posted.

 

3. How can I obtain an official receipt?

An electronic receipt will be sent to your email as soon as your payment has been posted.
