Wheelchair Service

During departure and arrival, disabled and elderly Philippine Airlines passengers may avail of complimentary wheelchair service with escort to allow them in moving around the airport.


  • Passengers with no medical condition (elderlies, PWDs, etc) who would be requesting for Wheelchair Service around the Airport does not need to submit a Medical Information Form (MEDIF). Wheelchairs are readily available in Check-In Counters.
  • Passengers with medical condition who would be needing Wheelchair Service around the Airport / Wheelchair Cabin are required to submit a Medical Information Form (MEDIF) completed by their Attending Physician 5-7 days to Reservations or any PAL Ticket Office for Travel Clearance.
Take note: Wheelchairs with spillable batteries are “dangerous goods” and are permitted on passenger aircraft only under certain conditions. In addition, certain countries may impose specific restrictions.
