PAL’s system upgrade a success

Philippine Airlines has successfully upgraded its passenger service system.

The next-generation Amadeus Altea is now powering up PAL’s IT system for more efficient bookings, ticketing, check-in and boarding.

The system upgrade enhances our passengers’ end-to-end experience by providing the following:

  1. Easier booking, automated customer preference recognition
  2. Faster check-in process
  3. Better online check-in experience
  4. Seamless service from interline partners
  5. Real-time, personalized alerts for flight changes, etc.

PAL is again accepting bookings, ticket purchases, rebooking, refunds, purchase of travel extras, and Mabuhay Miles redemption requests. MyPAL Upgrade Service and online check-in will be available by March 26.
