  • Totally unused oneway or roundtrip ticktes with a purely international itinerary
  • For flights originating in the Philippines, Philippine Travel Tax (PH) must be paid and included in the original ticket.

  • Modification on your bid must be made 36 hours prior to flight departure.
  • The offer/bid for an upgrade is in addition to the original ticket price per person.

  • Check-In online from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to your flight's departure.
  • Select your seat and print your boarding pass before proceeding to the airport.
  • Online Check-In is available on the following flights:
    1. PAL / PAL Express Domestic
    2. PAL International except flights FROM Chengdu (China), Xiamen (China), Jinjiang (China) and Tagbilaran-Incheon v.v.
  • International passengers with or without baggage for check in must be at the Online Check-In Bag Drop Counter 45 minutes before the time of departure EXCEPT FLIGHTS from Bangkok, Dammam, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, London, New York, Riyadh, Shanghai (Pudong) Toronto and Vancouver which require no later than 1 hour before time of departure.
  • Online Check-In is not allowed for passengers who need medical or special assistance and unaccompanied minors.
  • Business Class Passengers, Million Milers, Premier Elite, and Elite members may enjoy the comforts of the Lounge before their flight.   • Once checked-in, passenger can no longer purchase prepaid baggage.
