Please be advised that the Tacloban Airport runway has been declared operational as of 11:14 AM Friday Oct.20 after the removal of  another airline's disabled aircraft.

PAL earlier cancelled PR 2236 / 2237 Cebu - Tacloban - Cebu as a result of the closure from 9AM - 11AM. 

Affected passengers will be accommodated on replacement flights PR 5236 / 5237. 
PR 5236 Cebu - Tacloban will operate at 4:00PM and PR 5237 Tacloban - Cebu will operate at 5:05PM today (Oct.20) 

PR 2985 / 2986 Manila - Tacloban - Manila will push through as scheduled.
PR 2985 Manila - Tacloban will operate at 1:55PM and PR 2986 Tacloban - Manila will operate at 3:30PM today (Oct. 20).

Passengers of cancelled flights have the option to rebook / refund within 30days from original flight dates , with penalties / charges waived. 

All other Cebu -  Tacloban - Cebu and Manila - Cebu - Manila flights today will proceed as scheduled.
