Special flights to/from Bacolod

Philippine Airlines will operate the following sweeper flights to and from Bacolod, as approved by the local government of the Province of Negros Occidental:


Manila- Bacolod
October 16, 19, 23, 26, and 30
PR 2131    Departing Manila at 12:15 PM


Bacolod- Manila
October 16, 18, 19, 23, 26 and 30
PR 2132     Departing Bacolod at 2:15 PM

From Manila to Bacolod: Only Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) will be accepted. Leisure travelers are not allowed.

Passengers traveling on the Manila-Bacolod flight need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs)

  1. Valid Medical Certificate
  2. Valid ID with address in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental, as proof of residency or Certificate of Residency from the LGU of Bacolod City or Negros Occidental.


Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs)

  1. Certificate of Employment with purpose and duration of work in Negros Occidental or Bacolod City
  2. Valid Medical Certificate
  3. Company ID
  4. For Military, Government employees: Travel Order, Mission Order
  5. Coordination from the LGU of the City or Municipality of destination
  6. PCR Test required upon arrival in Negros Occidental on the APOR’s account.


From Bacolod to Manila: No passenger restrictions, provided travelers secure the following:

  1. Barangay Certificate
  2. Medical Clearance from government hospital or clinic
  3. Travel Authority from PNP
