Advisory No. 94

July 13, 2020

Effective July 15, 2020, all international passengers arriving in Cebu are required to register online not earlier than five (5) days prior to their flight departure via the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) Passenger Arrival Registration Form.

This requirement applies as well to Manila-bound travelers whose flight to Manila was re-routed to land in Cebu.

For updates on the status of your flight to the Philippines, please check our official social media accounts regularly.

The re-routing of some flights to Cebu is one solution to the challenge of quarantine arrival limitations at Manila airport, so that we can serve travelers who have urgent and essential reasons to travel home to the Philippines.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
