Philippine Airlines is serving Puerto Princesa, Palawan, with the following flights:



Manila- Puerto Princesa
PR 2785    Every Wednesday, Saturday
Departure: 1: 05 PM

Note: The Wednesday flights are open only for residents of Puerto Princesa City and Palawan Province, Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs), visitors/guests invited by either the City or Provincial LGUs.
The Saturday flights are open only for
Palawan Provincial residents (not for Puerto Princesa City residents), LSIs, ROFs, APORs and visitors/guests invited by the Provincial LGU.

Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

From Manila to Puerto Princesa


Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) and Returning Overseas

Filipino (ROFs)

1. Travel Authority issued by the PNP

2. Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor

3. Proof of Residency (Government-issued ID)


Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs)

A.   APORs bound for Palawan Province

All APORs and inbound travelers with essential purpose must pre-coordinate their travel going to the province through the Palawan Emergency Operations Center (EOC).


1. Company ID and Travel Order stating the purpose of Travel for APOR

2. Letter of Invitation from the Local Chief Executive (LCE) of the point of destination signed by either the Governor of Palawan or Municipal Mayor.
3. Letter of Acceptance from receiving LGU/Agency for APOR

B. APORs bound for Puerto Princesa City 


For Non-Resident APORs:

1. Valid Government ID which indicates current permanent address

2. Travel Authority/Office Order/Court Order/Subpoena

3. Travel itinerary

4. Plane ticket for return flight

5. NEGATIVE result from RT-PCR swab test collected within three (3) days of arrival in Puerto Princesa City (only applicable for Puerto Princesa city bound Non-Resident APORs)


      For Resident APORs:

1.Proof of Residence in Puerto Princesa or in Province of Palawan (Government ID indicating residential address/lease contract/real property tax declaration/Barangay Certification)

2. Proof of departure from Puerto Princesa or Palawan on any date after March 17, 2020 to prove that the resident is an APOR and not an LSI

3. Valid ID as proof that passenger is an APOR

4. NEGATIVE result from RT-PCR swab test collected within three (3) days of arrival in Puerto Princesa City (only applicable for Puerto Princesa City bound Resident APORs)


From Puerto Princesa to Manila:

  1. Travel Authority issued by PNP
  2. Medical Certificate issue by a Government Doctor
  3. Barangay Clearance/Certification
