New timings and travel restriction for Kalibo flights

New UPDATE (TRAVEL RESTRICTION) as of September10, 2020:


Effective immediately, the local government of Aklan is not allowing entry of locally stranded individuals (LSIs) bound for Aklan and/or other parts of Western Visayas via Kalibo or Caticlan airports.

Effective September 4, we are revising the schedule of our flights between MANILA and KALIBO for the convenience of our passengers.

Manila – Kalibo-PR 2969

Departure: 9:55 AM – Arrival: 10:55 AM

(revised from the original 7:50AM departure time)

Kalibo – Manila-PR 2970

Departure: 11:40 AM – Arrival: 12:40 PM

(revised from the original 9:30AM departure time)

Passengers may book via www.philippineairlines.com, the PAL Reservations Hotline (+63 2) 8855 888, any PAL Ticket Office, or via our partner Travel Agencies.


Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government (LGU) requirements:

General requirements:

1. Medical certificate issued by any government physician

2. Travel authority issued by the Philippine National Police (PNP) (or issued by the Joint Task Force COVID Shield for Locally Stranded Individuals or LSIs)

3. Health Declaration Card to be accomplished before boarding the aircraft Passengers may download the form from www.aklan.gov.ph.

Additional requirements:

1. Returning OFWs must present a negative RT-PCR test result and quarantine certification from DOH-BOQ.

2. Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) must present a valid company ID/certificate of employment, travel or mission order, and a negative test result.
