1. What is Port to Door (PtD)?

A same-day delivery service offered by Philippine Airlines Cargo Business in partnership with couriers available nationwide. The cargo will be delivered right to your doorstep (or desired delivery location)


2. How to avail yourself of Port-to-Door delivery Service?

Click the link sent to your email and pin the drop-off address in the location picker. Choose your preferred courier and book your delivery.


3. Do you accept all kinds of shipments for delivery?

Commodities acceptable will only be General Cargo (GCGO) and Foodstuff


4. How much weight and what dimensions are acceptable?

Cargo shipment must fall within the requirement per vehicle type: Motorcycle: 20kgs / 50x50x50 cm Car: 50 kgs / 100 x 100 x 200 cm


5. What is the advantage of the Port to Door Delivery Service?

Previously, customers had to physically go to the cargo terminal to pick up the shipment. With Port-to- Door, there is no need to submit any authorization letters and IDs. Just a seamless booking process using the link that will be sent to your email upon arrival of your cargo and wait for your cargo to arrive at your doorstep.


6. What are your service areas? Do you cover the whole Philippines?

Port-to-Door service is currently available in Metro Manila, Ilo-Ilo, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan and Davao


7. What delivery partners can I book through Port-to-Door?

As our pioneer partner, Grab Express will help us serve you better. More partners will be onboarded soon for you to choose from


8. Is multiple stop/drop off allowed?

Location picker will only allow one drop-off location.


9.How much is Port-to-Door?

Price will depend on the distance from the Cargo Terminal to your chosen drop-off point


10. How do we pay for the delivery? Do you accept cashless payments?

All transactions are on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Cashless payment methods will be accepted soon.


11. How do I check the status of my delivery?

Live tracking will be available once the driver is assigned. The driver may contact the consignee for confirmation of booking.


12.When will my delivery arrive?

Once a driver has confirmed your delivery request, an estimated time will be displayed based on the distance and traffic conditions of the route from the origin to drop-off point.


13. Can I cancel my delivery?

Once we have requested a driver, the delivery request cannot be cancelled.
