The Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines presents its compliments to all the Diplomatic and Consular Missions and the Resident Representatives of Specialized Agencies of the United Nations and other International Organizations, and has the honor to convey that pursuant to attached Resolution no. 160- B, Series of 2022, of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) dated 03 February 2022, and in view of the temporary suspension of the classification of countries, territories, and/or jurisdictions into “Green,” “Yellow,” and “Red,” the new entry, testing, and quarantine protocols for foreign nationals arriving from abroad shall, effective 0001H, 10 February 2022.
The arrival and quarantine protocols for countries/jurisdictions/territories in all ports of entry in the Philippines shall be observed.

Foreign diplomats and their qualified dependents shall be exempted from the requirement of OneHealthPass.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned protocols, all Missions shall continue to request, through the relevant Geographic Offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, the exemption from facility-based quarantine, in order to avail of the above testing and quarantine protocols and subject to the requisite approval by the Department of Health of the Philippines.
4. Present your negative RT-PCR test result taken within 48 hours prior departure and proof of vaccination to the dedicated Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) representative for re-verification at the Department of Transportation One-Stop-Shop (OSS).
5. Clear with immigration and submit the Arrival Card.
6. Claim your baggage at the designated carousel and clear with Customs Check. Submit the Bureau of Customs Form.
