Philippine Airlines has partnered with accredited laboratory and testing facilities to provide PAL passengers exclusive and discounted testing fees and/or quicker release of results. To avail, contact and book an appointment with our testing partner, proceed to the testing facility and present your ID, PAL Ticket, and QR Code indicating completion of registration via the PAL Laboratory Partner e-CIF.

Pay and undergo the test and wait for your electronic results sent via email or accessible through the testing partner’s portal.
In compliance with Philippine regulations, non-Filipinos undergoing a COVID-19 test must ensure to bring a photocopy of their passport and proof of accommodation or residence in the Philippines. Please allow our laboratory partners to take a photo or photocopy of these documents if you miss to bring them on your testing day.
