Effective December 1, 2016, Resorts World Manila (RWM) cardholders may convert their RWM points into Miles.

1. RWM cardholders may go to Retails and Redemption counter to convert his RWM points to Mabuhay Miles.  RWM cardholder must fill out the Points Exchange Form and submit it to Retails and Redemption Store Staff for processing.
2. Cardholders must present their RWM card and Mabuhay Miles membership number upon conversion of points.
3. For non-Mabuhay Miles members, enrollment in Mabuhay Miles is required prior to conversion of RWM points.  Cardholder may enroll via www.mabuhaymiles.com.
4. Cardholders should allow five (5) working days from receipt of their request for the Miles to be credited to their Mabuhay Miles account.
