- Passengers whose tickets were booked before our system upgrade last March 24, 2019 in all channels may check-in through their E-Ticket Number and Last Name.
- Check-in online from:
- 24 hours to 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to your PAL international flight's departure time (Note: Online check-in is not available FROM Chengdu (China), Xiamen (China), Jinjiang (China) and TO and FROM Tagbilaran- Incheon
- 24 hours to 1 hour prior to your PAL / PAL Express domestic flight's departure time
- Select your seat and print your boarding pass before proceeding to the airport.
- International passengers with or without check-in baggage must be at the Online Check in Bag Drop counter no later than 1 hour before departure time for documents verification and acceptance of baggage EXCEPT for flights from Quanzhou (Jinjiang) which only require no later than 45 minutes before departure time.
- Online Check-in is not allowed for unaccompanied minors, passengers requiring medical or special assistance, passengers with pending payment or refund for settlement who must proceed directly to the airport priority check-in counter for check-in and issuance of their Business Class or Premium Economy boarding passes.
- Business Class Passengers, Million Milers, Premier Elite members may enjoy the comforts of the lounge before their flight.
