Flight Changes, Delays, or Cancellations

Why do flight changes, delays and cancellations occur?
Philippine Airlines exerts utmost efforts to ensure that your flight departs and arrives on time. However, changes in your flight schedule, aircraft, terminal and gate assignment may occur because of force majeure (unfavorable weather conditions, natural calamity, government regulation, safety, and security concerns) and other operational concerns.

How can I stay updated on any changes in my flight?

If you would like to be notified of significant changes in your flight schedule, please provide us your mobile number and e-mail address by calling our hotline with the numbers below.
