For Chinese Nationals in Manila with PAL Cancelled Flights

05 Feb 2020

In compliance with the Philippine President's directive banning foreign travel from China to the Philippines and banning Filipino travel to China, all Philippine Airline flights to/from BEIJING, XIAMEN, SHANGHAI, GUANGZHOU, JINJIANG, HONG KONG and MACAU are cancelled from February 2 until February 29, 2020.

Affected passengers may refund their tickets or rebook their flight until June 30, 2020 with refund fee and rebooking fee service fees waived once the travel bans are lifted and we reinstate our flights to and from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

For assistance, affected passengers may:

- Call our 24/7 Manila Reservations Hotline at (632) 8855-8888
- Visit the Philippine Airline Ticket Office branch nearest you, or
- Contact their travel agency directly if the booking was issued through them.

We are accepting bookings starting March 1, however, there is yet no assurance that we will be able to resume flights after February 29. We will be assessing the situation in coordination with the government health and aviation authorities. Since this is a developing situation, we encourage passengers to visit our website https://www.philippineairlines.com for more updates.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding.
