Note: An Overseas Filipino Worker or OFW is a person from the Philippines who is living and working in another country, typically on a temporary basis. This includes land-based OFWs and seafarers/sea-based OFWs. Families traveling together with at least one OFW will be considered all OFWs. Non-OFWs refer to Returning Overseas Filipinos (non-OFW students, non-OFW Balikbayan, non-OFW tourist, etc.), spouse and children of Filipinos, diplomats, foreign officials accredited by the Philippines, and eligible non-Filipino/foreign citizens.

BEFORE YOU FLY AND DURING CHECK-IN
1. All travelers should register to the Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC) including children. Declare your personal information, health status, and travel history. All passengers must register to One Health Pass portal within 48 hours prior to departure. You will be given a BAR Code once COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/Antigen) and vaccination certificate record has been submitted and accepted. Accurately and completely fill-out all required fields including the e-HDC 24 hours prior to the departure time. To ensure that you qualify for the express lane you must check your registration 4 hours to 1 hours before departure. You may present either a BAR code or QR Code upon check-in.
2. For non-OFWs and non-Filipinos who are required to undergo facility-based quarantine, please ensure to have a confirmed booking (including transportation arrangements) at a hotel accredited by Tourism and Health Agencies and for at least 10 days. You will not be able to board the flight if you miss to hold and present a confirmed booking upon check-in.
DURING THE FLIGHT 4. Accomplish the Bureau of Customs Form, and Arrival Card.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
5. Undergo a temperature check. Proceed to the holding area for the briefing conducted by the Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Quarantine, and the Department of Tourism.
For OFWs, proceed to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Desk for your quarantine hotel assignment.
For non-OFWs and non-Filipinos , proceed to the Tourism Desk for hotel verification.
AT THE QUARANTINE HOTEL
10. For passengers who are required to undergo facility-based quarantine, check in at your hotel and coordinate with them for your scheduled test. Day 1 starts on the day you arrive in the Philippines. The laboratory partner of BOHOL LGU is Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital.
If you develop COVID-19 symptoms (e.g., dry cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, etc.) at any time before your scheduled test, please inform the hotel you are staying in so a medical or BOQ officer can assess and check up on you immediately.
Facility-based quarantine is no longer required for fully vaccinated passengers.
GOING HOME
13. You may call your relatives or respective Local Government Units to pick you up at your hotel or arrange your own transportation.
Please complete your home quarantine or self-isolation under the monitoring of your LGU and Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERT).
