BUSUANGA (USU) Travel Guidelines

Travel Permission

  • MGCQ: February 01 – 28, 2021
  • Allowed*

Note: There shall be an established Environmental, Tourism and Development Fee (ETD Fee) of Php 200.00 to be collected at Tourist Information Centers from Coron Airport that shall be levied from all the tourist/visitors that shall visit the municipality.

Coron/Busuanga/Linapacan

  • Travel Authority issued from place of origin 
  • RT-PCR Negative Test Result (24 to 72 hours validity) with a corresponding Official Receipt from any DOH accredited testing facility to be presented upon check-in and LGU personnel upon arrival
  • Certificate of Acceptance by the receiving LGU (EOC Coron/Busuanga)
  • Health Declaration and QR Code Registration at www.corontourism.ph
  • Any person manifesting symptoms of COVID-19 during his stay in the municipality shall be quarantined and tested using RT-PCR. If the test result is positive the person shall be isolated for twenty-one days (21) and will be the one to shoulder all pertinent expenses to be incurred

Culion

  • Travel Authority issued from place of origin
  • Medical Certificate from place of origin 
  • RT-PCR Negative Test Result (24 to 72 hours validity) with a corresponding Official Receipt from any DOH accredited testing facility to be presented upon check-in and LGU personnel upon arrival
  • Certificate of Acceptance from LGU Culion
  • LSI/ROF shall undergo 14-day home quarantine upon arrival at Culion
  • Health Declaration and QR Code Registration at www.corontourism.ph

TOURIST Requirements for Coron/Busuanga/Linapacan

  •  Negative RT-PCR test result (24 to 72 hours validity); copy of the receipt must be presented during documents check
  • Health Declaration and QR Code Registration at www.corontourism.ph
  • Confirmed booking with a Certificate of Authority to Operate Hotels issued by DOT
  • Confirmed Tour Booking with Licensed Operators
  • Roundtrip ticket


TOURIST Requirements for Culion

  • Travel Authority issued from place of origin
  • Letter of Acceptance from LGU Culion
  • Negative RT-PCR test result (24 to 72 hours validity); copy of the receipt must be presented during documents check
  • Confirmed booking with Certificate of Authority to Operate Hotels issued by DOT (see Culion Turismo Facebook Page for list of establishments with CAO)
  • Confirmed Tour Booking with Licensed Tour Operators
  • Roundtrip ticket
  • Health Declaration and QR Code registration at www.corontourism.ph

 
Note: All arriving tourists will undergo a health assessment upon arrival at Busuanga Airport. If they are found to be symptomatic, they will undergo mandatory antigen tests. Tourists who also have been in contact with as active positive case will also be subjected to mandatory testing. The tourist will shoulder the Php3,500 fee. If tested positive for COVID-19, the tourist/s will be brought to the hotel isolation room where he/she is booked while waiting for the results. Tourists are responsible for any medical/accommodation bills related to COVID-19.

Please note that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination on national and provincial levels. These rules are subject to change by the issuing local government authority and are issued for our passengers’ and the public’s safety.  As these requirements may change at short notice, the advisories above serve as a general guide.

*CAAP list of airports with LGU Clearance to resume commercial flights.  Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
