All passengers, especially those who booked through our Travel Agency partners, are required to provide updated contact information to avoid missing out on any important updates such as unwanted delays, cancellation and sudden travel rules and requirements of your destination. Here are the easy steps that you can follow:

 

1. Go to ‘Manage Booking’ 

2. Input your Booking reference and Last Name to retrieve your booking

3. Click 'Modify Travellers Details'

4. Update your mobile number, email address and click 'Continue'

  • Vaccination card / Vaccination Certificate 
  • Valid ID 

PARTIALLY OR UNVACCINATED

  • Negative RT-PCR test result from any DOH license laboratory valid within 72 hours prior to departure 
  • Valid ID 

 

APOR/RETURNING CITIZEN/ROF (12yrs old and above) 
FULL VACCINATED

  • Vaccination card 
  • Valid ID 

PARTIALLY OR UNVACCINATED 

  • Negative RT-PCR test result from any DOH licensed laboratory valid within 72 hours prior to departure  
    • If traveling from within Palawan, a negative RT-PCR test from any DOH licensed laboratory should be valid within 24 hours  
  • Valid ID 

 

5 yrs old and below  

ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY VACCINATED ADULT 

  • COVID-19 test result is not required 

ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTIALLY/UNVACCINATED ADULT 

  • Negative RT-PCR test result from any DOH licensed laboratory valid within 72 hours prior to departure  
    • If traveling from within Palawan, a negative RT-PCR test from any DOH licensed laboratory should be valid within 24 hours
