- Generated Travel Permit thru S-PaSS (https://s-pass.ph/clients/registration_captcha) as mandated by the National IATF.
- Register to Stay Safe (https://www.staysafe.ph/register) and generate QR Code as mandated by the National IATF.
- LGU travel requirements (traveler must contact their LGU and show their list of requirements set by the final destination as proof of their coordination). The traveler should contact the LGU destination as part of the protocols.

PROTOCOL ON PORT ARRIVAL AND EXIT
|
- Mandatory Clinical and Exposure Assessment under the supervision of medical doctors
- Symptom-screening for APOR from national government agencies and attached agencies and presentation of their ID card, travel order and travel itinerary.
- Travelers are allowed to use public transportation bound to the city;
- Travelers are allowed for private transportation pick-up given that the vehicle only carries the driver and the inbound traveler/s – except for special cases like traveler is a person-with-disability (PWD), or in a state- in-need of assistance or medical care
- Strict compliance to the Minimum Public Health standards – social distancing, hand hygiene, cough etiquette, wearing of face mask and face shield.
- For outbound travelers, no restrictions from departing LGU even in MECQ status. Traveler must comply with travel requirements of the destination.
