CLARK (CRK) Travel Guidelines

Travel Permission

  • MGCQ: February 01 – 28, 2021
  • Allowed*

LSI

  • Arrival of the LSI has been duly coordinated with the City Government
  • LSI has tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR testing prior to their arrival
  • If the LSI has not yet undergone COVID-19 testing, they may be allowed entry into the city, provided that they are willing to undergo 14-day quarantine in the city’s Community Quarantine Center. For this purpose, the LSI is strictly required to coordinate their arrival with the City Government.
  • Passengers of domestic flights arriving at the Clark International Airport should have tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR testing before being allowed entry into Angeles City

APOR

  • Only the following persons shall be allowed entry into Angeles City:
    • APOR
    • Persons traveling on official business, provided that they are able to present written documentation as proof
  • Non-APOR individuals coming from outside the Province of Pampanga shall not be allowed entry into Angeles City
  • Residents of Angeles City who are working outside the Province of Pampanga are advised to stay in their place of employment for the duration of the community quarantine; should they prefer otherwise, they may be allowed to return to Angeles City, provided that they have tested negative for COVID-19 via  RT-PCR testing prior to their return

These rules are subject to change by the issuing local government authority and are issued for our passengers’ and the public’s safety.  As these requirements may change at short notice, the advisories above serve as a general guide.

*CAAP list of airports with LGU Clearance to resume commercial flights.  Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
