LEGAZPI (LGP) Travel Guidelines

Travel Permission

  • MGCQ: February 01 – 28, 2021
  • Allowed*
 ROF
  •  Must present originally printed copies of COVID-19 travel documents issued by their respective and concerned agencies from the place of origin (electronic copy and digital photos shall not be accepted)
  • Identification Card
  • Travel Authority issued by JTF-CV Shield
  • Negative RT-PCR result and Certificate of Quarantine issued by DOH-BOQ

LSI 

  • Must present originally printed copies of COVID-19 travel documents issued by their respective and concerned agencies from the place of origin (electronic copy and digital photos shall not be accepted)
  • Medical Clearance Certification issued by the City/Municipal Health Office within the last three (3) days prior to scheduled flight from the place of origin specifying that the person is neither in contact, suspect or probable nor confirmed Covid-19 case
  • Has undergone Rapid Diagnostic Testing (RDT) or Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) or Antigen Test from a facility accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) within the last three (3) days prior to the scheduled flight with negative result
  • Has completed a 14-day quarantine; and if was infected by Covid-19, has been tested negative twice through RT-PCR
  • Passenger who was tested positive on RDT but yielded negative on RT-PCR by DOH or a DOH accredited facility must be allowed to board the aircraft on condition that the RT-PCR was performed on the same day as the RDT or after as indicated in the medical clearance certification and RT-PCR result

Government Employees and Officials

  • Original copy of the Travel Order/Authority from the Sending Agency
  • Agency-issued Identification Card (ID)
  • IATF Resolution on Travels of Government Officials and Personnel on Official Business (IATF Resolution No. 98-A)
    • Government officials and personnel shall not be required to undergo mandatory testing and/or quarantine protocols of the LGUs of destination provided that they:

a. Present valid IDs issued by their respective government agency

b. Present original or a certified true copy of the travel authority/order issued by the Department Secretary or his/ her designated official

c. Pass symptom screening at the port upon arrival, and in the case of public transport, upon boarding; and

                     d. Strictly comply with the minimum public health standards

Healthcare and Emergency Medical Personnel on official business or related to COVID-19 activity

  • Travel Order/Authority issued by the Agency/Company; and
  • Agency/Company ID
  • Has undergone Rapid Diagnostic Testing (RDT) and/or Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) from a facility accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) within the last three (3) days prior to the scheduled flight with negative result

APOR (Authorized Person Outside Residence)

  • Original copy of the Travel Order/Authority specifying the official business in Albay
  • Company-issued ID
  • If returning APOR with base of work or residence in the Province of Albay, Company ID is sufficient
  • Has undergone Rapid Diagnostic Testing (RDT) and/or Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) from a facility accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) within the last three (3) days prior to the scheduled flight with negative result
 Other APOR
  •  Has undergone Rapid Diagnostic Testing (RDT) and/or Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) from a facility accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) within the last three (3) days prior to the scheduled flight with negative result
  • Job Applicants
  • Certification or letter bearing the name of the person and the schedule of the interview, qualifying tests, medical examination issued by the concerned Company/Institution
  •  Students
  • Certification or letter to take admission test, to enroll or to obtain school credentials
  •  Those taking government sponsored   examinations and tests
  • Certification or letter issued by the government agency conducting the examination indicating the    name of the passenger
  •  Those attending meetings and legal   proceedings
  • Certification or letter bearing the name of the person and indicating the date or schedule of     meeting or legal proceeding

Please note that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination on national and provincial levels. These rules are subject to change by the issuing local government authority and are issued for our passengers’ and the public’s safety.  As these requirements may change at short notice, the advisories above serve as a general guide.

*CAAP list of airports with LGU Clearance to resume commercial flights.  Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
