OZAMIZ (OZC) Travel Guidelines

Travel Permission

  • MGCQ: February 01 – 28, 2021
  • Allowed*
 General Requirements 
  •  Appropriate Clearance from the Provincial Governor of Misamis Occidental duly issued by the Governor or his authorized representative
  • Certificate of quarantine completion from the MHO/CHO/PHO of the place where they came from
  • Must AGREE to undergo the mandatory 14-day quarantine at the isolation center(s) identified or established by the host LGU before they can be allowed to return to their respective homes if they have a certification of quarantine completion from their place of origin
  • Must be transported and/or escorted by a government vehicle and/or patrol car to the designated isolation center of the LGU where the returning overseas worker or resident resides

LSI (Locally Stranded Individual)

  • Certificate of Acceptance issued by the receiving LGU
  • Rapid Diagnostic Test shall no longer be required in accordance with the DILG

APOR (Authorized Person Outside of Residence)

  • Agency ID, if government employee, or Company ID or Certificate of Employment, if private employee
  •  Travel Order/Authority showing destination and purpose of travel
  •  Completely filled up declaration form
 Please note that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination on national and provincial levels. These rules are subject to change by the issuing local government authority and are issued for our passengers’ and the public’s safety.  As these requirements may change at short notice, the advisories above serve as a general guide.
*CAAP list of airports with LGU Clearance to resume commercial flights.  Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
