You can arrange for your RT-PCR or Antigen Test through a testing facility at Philippine Airlines Learning Center, Manila City in partnership with our DOH-accredited partner, Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. 


The RT-PCR test cost PHP 2,599 with results released in 24 hours. Antigen tests cost PHP 700 with results released in 30 minutes. Testing is available via drive-thru or walk-in and is open daily (Monday-Sunday, including holidays) from 8AM to 8PM.​


You may pay in cash (PHP only), card (debit or credit), GCash, PayPal™, WeChat Pay, or Alipay on the day of your test. For RT-PCR Tests, Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply. You can also pre-pay for your COVID-19 tests online. Here's how to pre-pay:

  1. After registering to the PAL Laboratory Partner e-CIF Form, you will receive a confirmation email, which has a link to the online pre-payment portal. You will be directed to the booking and payment portal of Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.
  2. Inside the payment portal, input your Unique Reference Code and select the type of test you wish to pay for. You may add up to four (4) Unique Reference Codes. Our Testing Facilities accept debit/credit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Please ensure that your chosen COVID-19 test is the accepted requirement of your destination.
  3. Once payment is successful, you will receive an email confirming your payment. Please present this together with your ID, PAL ticket, and QR code upon entry to PAL Testing Facilities.
  4. You can request for a refund anytime. Please follow the refund guidelines found in the payment confirmation email.


Upon entering the facility, please present your ID, PAL ticket, payment confirmation (if prepaid), and QR code indicating successful registration to the PAL Laboratory Partner e-CIF. You will also be asked to fill out a Health Assessment Checklist in compliance with Department of Health requirements on entering public places.  For easier navigation, input “PAL Learning Center (PLC)” in your GPS software app or click https://bit.ly/PLCTestSite.


In compliance with Philippine regulations, non-Filipinos undergoing a COVID-19 test must ensure to bring a photocopy of their passport and proof of accommodation or residence in the Philippines. Please allow our laboratory partners to take a photo or photocopy of these documents if you miss to bring them on your testing day.
