In compliance with the PH Department of Transportation (DOTr), effective January 17, 2022, all passengers travelling to and from MANILA are required to present Vaccination Cards or DOH-issued Vaccination Certificates and Valid Government ID. COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements

Notes:

  • For Tourist/Private APOR, Post Antigen Testing is required after 5 days from the date of arrival.
  • Passengers that are passing through Siargao coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test from DOH-accredited laboratories.

 

Surigao Del Norte Resident

  • Valid ID
  • Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
  • 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test

 

 

APOR (Authorized Persons Outside of Residence)

GOVERNMENT APOR

  • Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
  • Valid ID
  • Travel/Mission Order

 

Non-Resident Private APOR

  • Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
  • Valid ID
  • Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT-accredited accommodations.
  • Passengers with proof/s that they are traveling for the purpose of delivering essential goods and services are exempted. 

 

 

TOURIST

INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

  • Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
  • 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test 
  • Valid ID
  • Travel Certification issued by the Mayor of the City/Municipality of destination, stating that you are tourist invited by a local

 

NOT INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE / WALK-IN TOURISTS

  • Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers 
  • 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
  • Valid ID
  • Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT-accredited accommodations

 Travel Permission

  • Alert Level 2: January 01 - 15, 2022



Notes

  • Non-residents of the Province of Surigao del Norte coming from the Province of Dinagat islands shall be allowed to enter this province if he/she can present a negative test result on RT-PCR test or Antigen Test taken within forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival in this Province.
  • Children, who are 17 years old and below, are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/ Saliva RT-PCR Test.
  • Except those who are coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands, passing through passengers are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test.
  • Non-resident Private APOR may be exempted from the requirement of “Confirmed Booking of Accommodation for at least two (2) nights from the resort, note, or hostel duly accredited by the Department of tourism” if they can present proof/s that they are coming to the Province of Surigao del Norte for the purpose of delivery or performance of essential goods and services, as the case may be.

  • COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card or Vaccination Certificate duly issued by legitimate vaccinating establishment for individuals fully vaccinated for COVID-19; or
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
    • Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
  • Valid Identification Card or any proof of residency in Surigao del Norte.
  • S-PASS
